i was looking at the b16 @ ard performance.com but i live in california,and i was told there is no way in hell it would pass smog because of the jdm lowerd standards of emmision laws there? has any one from california passed smog with an jdm engine?

 

California = No Japanese engines.

It has nothing to do with emissions output, you just can't legally install a Japanese engine over there.
