Default knuckle/hub fitting

hey my wheel bearing is bad on my 91 dx hatch, and so i pulled the knuckle assembly off and the hub came off with part of the bearing! i was told by someone who coud press a new bearing i had to get a whole new hub, plus the bearing, because they couldtn take the piece off that is stuck. so im just going go pick the whole thing up at a junkyard for like 40 bucks, but im wondernig which ones are the same. what years and models. would a 88-91 civic 4 door and crx ones work? someone help me with interchangability. thanks!

as far as i know, the 4 door sedan steering knuckle/hub assembly aren't the same as dx models. crx knuckles should be fine just aslong as it isn't from a HF. the HF knuckles have a smaller spline count for the axles. everything else should be interchangable without any problems.

just stay away from EX and HF and watch out for those junk yard guys, they're full of sh*t.
