How hard is it to swap a head?

How hard would it be to swap a head on an ls motor for someone who is inexperienced?

Assuming you mean an OBD-0 B18A head replacing an OBD-0 B18A head, it should take a few hours. Max, including a six pack.

i did my b16 head swap in a weekend easily. we were mostly sittin round bullishin...so i agree...1 day could do it. and leave it at a six pack, a case might cause another day....spoken from experience.
