Default Engine Source?

Anyone know a good source for buying used engines?

Got any useful links? Even better if the place was located in Canada...but if not, will ship to Canada...

Let me know guys, thanks.

Jason

Edit: Sorry I forgot...I'm also looking for something that will fit in a 1990 Civic HB Si 5 speed...

There's a place in Canada called Luckystar. I've heard mixed reviews about them though.

What is the stock engine that comes in a 90 1.6 Si? It has a D15B2 in it right now but the dealer just told me that it should be a D16...can anyone verify for me...I have a chart here that shows a it as an 'A6' D16 but I'm confused as that is not what's in the car?

Is there a v-tech engine that would bolt right in there?

Thanks for all of your helps guys.

The engine from the si is the d16a6. Check the block and look for the engine code stamped on it.

I already did...it's got a D15B2 in it, I'm a little puzzled by this but I am assuming that that means the former owner swapped the engine...but at least I know what should be in it...

Thanks

Jason
