The speedometer randomly gets stuck at around 20 MPH - sits there and vibrates, whether idling or driving. Sometimes it will suddenly jump to life on its own, sometimes it seems to respond to the tripometer reset. Odometer and trip don't move when speedo is stuck. Would that be the gauge itself, or the sensor?
