Vigor shifting problems, need help!
Hey all,
I have a 92 Vigor with a 5 speed. Last night when I was coming home from work it wasn't shifting easy into 1st or 3rd. It was like there was something locking the gears up.
What could this be?

Don't know much about automatic trannies, but I do know one thing about Vigor A/Ts -- for some strange reason, Honda brand ATF has cured a LOT of harsh shifting problems. Vigor trannies that were condemned by local tranny shops shifted great after a flush and refill with Honda brand ATF.
Don't know if this'll help here, but it's not a bad place to start. It's also a good thing to keep in mind for the future.
