I have 2 10s with a pre-made Q-logic box. It does not take up that much space. It is only 12 inches deep. If you want to maximize your trunk space, then take out your spare tire and do a custom fiberglass enclosure there.

You could check to see if JL Audio makes a stealth box for your car. They are fiberglass and hold the amp too, they are fawkin sweet.
