Rough idle in AM when cold , New NGK plugs and wires , Running 20 wt Royal purple , just got done with 3rd trans fluid change out including filter,air filter is new

02 sensors next ??? Also 171,000 Miles other than the rough idle she runs beautiful

Got a 06 csx which had the k20z3 engine. Car idles fine when not fully warmed up, but when it's warmed up and running the car will sometimes drop revs while in idle almost as if it is going to stall but shoots right back up. I've tried cleaning the mass air flow sensor to no avail. Any advice ?
