Default engine turn over issue

My friend has a 1993 5cyl Vigor with remote start and it seems when it gets real hot and humid the engine won't turn over.. it cranks but doesn't kick over. He'll crank it for 3 seconds then stop, wait a few minutes and try again.. This usually last about 45 minutes to an hour. We all have our theories... vapor lock, O2 sensor, condensation in the fuel injector, crappy battery.. but before we start digging around the engine I thought I'd post this to see if anyone else has had this problem or any other suggestions for fixing this.

Some added info.. he just changed the air filter and the oil, cleaned the battery terms.

Does this happen with the remote start or regular key start? You can crank more than 3 seconds you know.

Default 97 Acura TL 2.5 5cyl Starter and miss fired issue

Ok I am new in here.. I have a 97 Acura TL 2.5
It gave me a lot of problem.
1. the starter.. When it Hot I try to start by the key all I hear a click.
-- I changed the starter the same. Now I added a relay run a wire straight from the battery with 30 amps fuse. It works better but 1 out of 10 times happen again. Well I can live with that issue. My next issue really give me headache.

2. I don’t know it relate to the crankshaft pulley or not but it happen about 1 week after I change the crankshaft pulley.

When the engine hot, the engine run like miss fired or does not have enough gas. I check the code. miss fired, transmission manufuction, O2 sensor, 1 times show crankshaft position sensor.

some one say timing belt need to change or adjust.

Please help.

main relay problem. You know the one... you go to start the car and the engine will crank like mad but not "catch." It's probably a hot day or a hot part of the day. If you check for spark, you'll see a nice, fat, blue spark across a 1/4" gap. But the problem isn't caused by a lack of spark. It's caused by a lack of fuel.

The main relay. It has two jobs: it provides power to the ECU and—when the ECU sees a tach signal—it provides power to the fuel pump. If the main relay fails in either of these functions, the car cannot start.
replace main relay, good luck
