If they were rated above average why did acura jump up and give an extended warranty ON ALL their late model transmission, if there wasn't a serious problem they wouldn't of done that cause it's gonna cost them a ton of money in the long run. Also, do a search for some of the big newspapers, there have been articles in almost all of them regarding near death experiences w/ these transmission problems.

My wife has a 00 TL and I think that it is pretty quick and will surprize some people out there 225 HP is enough then you can add some Comptech headers that some guys claim make a serious jump in power then you got your choice of exhaust and intakes.
