A friend of mine gave me a set of fog lights. They seem to be a pretty nice set, but they don't seem to work. They have an inline relay, which I replaced, yet they still don't work. Is there anything I can do to test these and possibly figure out why they aren't coming on?

 

check the bulbs with a continuity tester...

 

Is the relay tripped when you're powering it?
