Will they be powered off of a deck or an amp???

If an amp, then get components.

If the stock deck, get some coaxials.

three-way rockford fosgates sound rediculously clear. I'm thinking of getting some to replace my already replaced speakers that I got with the car.

i have a 2000 civic h/b what size and types of speakers should i be looking at. I have an Alpine Head Unit 50x4 channel but no amp. Am i better off waiting and getting an amp and components or am i better off just getting coaxils now and then later adding an amp. I listne to rap so evil baselines are a must but i also want crystal clear highs and mids. I also plan to add W6's after christmas so factor that in aswell. Please let me know.

I bought a set of MB Quart 6 1/2 on Ebay for around $70. Retailed for about $140. Unbelievable sound for 2 way speakers.

JL tr-600, great speakers for the money. Also contrary to popular belief, the front speakers on a Honda are generally 6", not 6.5" it is just that most manufacturers label a 6" speaker as a 6.5".
