Default Wiring JDM Mirrors to fold together, how?

I am getting some JDM power folding mirrors installed this coming friday from a
shop out in Walnut, CA. My question is I want my mirrors to fold in/out with the
button (as they will since that is the difference between ther USDM and JDM) but
also to fold in when I turn my car off and fold back out when I turn my car back on
(both of them together).
I'm not sure if the shop can do this that's why I need to see if someone may be able
to shed some light on this. If I tap the signal from the ignition wire (the one coming to
the back of the stereo), and then tap into the main relay for the mirrors, would that
work? DO i need to add a relay between the ignition and the main relay?

I have an aftermarket moonroof on my accord and how that works is when I turn the
car off it automatically closes. But obviously when I turn my car on it doesn't open
itself. So because of that I'm not sure if the ignition wire would work.

do the mirrors open with one touch or do you have to hold the button down till they are fully opened/closed?

get a relay that when supplied with power will latch for a second or so, then shut off. trigger this with your ignition wire.

use the sunroof trigger wire to activate the mirror retract action, as there is obviously something monitoring the off status of your ignition and shutting your sunroof in response.

make sure you use a diode to prevent your sunroof close button from closing your mirrors along with it.

I know it's not exactly the same but at one time i saw a post on the12volt.com on how to have your mirrors fold in when you arm your alarm and vice-versa.
