what do u guys think of this system?? i plan to hook it up to my 2k1 civ with just an ftermarket deck. its a sony xplod es deck by the way.

sony blows donkey nuts. infinity kappa's are nicce, but the reference series alright for the price

because sony makes ****ty car audio stuff. it's like night and day between the sound quality in anything sony makes and brands like kenwood, alpine and even pioneer. plus sony decks tend to break

mine hasn't broken yet and its my second sony deck. have u had any personal experience?

not directly.. i was the smart one. i had a couple friends that got sony decks and they regretted it after each of them died and my alpine was still goin. as a matter of fact that alpine is still going and i bought it in '93

I do own the same component speakers and all I can says is I love it. My clarion deck's running my 6x9 3 way Infinity Reference and the 60.5cs Kappa series. Next month I will install my Pheonix Gold amps and will hook it up. Just enjoy the speakers. As far as the Sony deck, not really a big fan. I will still go with Alpine and Clarion.

sounds great. i am not sure if i should stick would the 605cs reference components or throw in another 40 bucks to get the 60.5cs kappas instead.

if you like sony, all the power to you, enjoy them.

i suggest you get an amp to power those components...makes a world of a difference.

spend the extra money, get the kappa's. i gurantee you won't regret it.
