need speakers for front of integra
I just got a pair of 6x9 JL TR 690 TXi speakers and installed them to the rear deck of my integra hatchback. Now I need two speakers for the front. I just want to replace them with the same size speakers that are there (6.5 in. i think).
I'm looking in the price range of under a hundred dollars, but I want them to sound nice with my 6x9's. I am running them off of my deck (Alpine 7872) (50x4) don't know the RMS of the deck.
And also, i need some suggestions for an amp to run my speakers. Such as what kind 4 channel, 2 channel, and how much power I need.
Thanks

why not? i've seen it all over the place. I'm not planning on keeping those as my only speakers, I'm assuming once I get an amp I can have 6 speakers running off of it?

If he isn't running a sub the 6x9's may be one of the only ways to get decent bass in the car. Hes probably not going to compete and some people just like to be surrounded by sound. It may not be accurate but if it what they like then might as well. If you want to run all 6 speakers a 4 channel is the only way to go really.

thanks 97teg, and that's true, I don't plan on competing, I just like the music loud, and the 6x9's are doing very well-they hit off of the back window nicely. About the 4 ch. amp, that's what I thought.
