nothing beats Alpine's deck. especially their "bass engine plus" line. if you think pioneer or whatever is the best, you probably haven't seen Alpine. Alpine decks don't have any fancy graphics and displays like pioneer or sonys, but they have the most advanced features built in. Time correction is one of the examples i have to mention and.....just too much to say. so you decide what is ur best

do you know how the mp70 opens? it opens like a cd rom drive w/ a tray coming out. it's quite inconveinent if u ask me. for $499, you can get an Alpine 7894, which in my opinion, is one of the best mp3 players on the market right now and that's only 399 retail. it's still not better than my cda7878 though

calm down man, no need to be so defensive. see the wink? he was jfwy.

anyways i have a JVC KDSH-707, mp3 player all your specs but i think the cd signal -noise is slightly better 102? i love it, i had a jvc kdsh55 before and i love the aluminum look.. just tellin what I have and my good experience with it. bought it for literally HALF of what you paid for ($240 brand new)

i was gonna get that alpine after i bought this one... too late! oh well.. next one up would have been the clarion 7" lcd screen one/dvd/mp3/wma player plus satalittle radio
