I hear people talking about Brown Bead or something a lot. I just use Dynamat because I'm friends with the local audio shop. I get the $90 rolls for $52.

If you shop around you can find some decent prices on Dynamat. I picked up a bulk pack (36sq. feet) of Extreme for $130 at my local shop. Seen it for $160 on-line.

http://www.b-quiet.com/ is where you get brown bread from, I've heard good things about it, but never used it.

i have used dynamat before, but do the other brands also give off an asphalt odor like the original and premium lines? i believe extreme does not.
