Default Subwoofer not working?? HELP

Okay so my car is done being painted and I re install my amps.
I have two amps, one running the speakers and a seperate one running my subwoofer.

The amp that runs the speakers works but the subwoofer is not working.

I am not sure if the two input wires (red and black) are in the proper input/output.

The 12V red wire is correct, the little blue REM wire is in correct and the black ground wire is in correct.

The subwoofer is hooked up to the speaker wire.

What am I missing?? The amp is getting power but the sub is not playing. Have I forgotten something??

does the amp turn on? if not, make sure your ground is clean, and your power wire is not loose or anything....if your amp is on, then check your rca's and make sure you have your speaker wires on correct. I once tried to hook up my speaker wire a different way to my DVC subs and they didnt work, so i put the wires back to normal and everything came back on.

edit: since your using multiple amps and if you have a distro. block, make sure the fuse to your sub amp isn't blown (if your amp isn't turning on this could be another solution)

Okay I am a big newb at Audio and amps and subs.

Usually I dont get involved in this area.

As far as I know:

The amp is turning on because the power light is showing and the red 12v and REM wire both show that there is a current.

The black ground wire shows no current which is good.

Then I have the RCAS, in the back of this amp there is two rows to plug them into:

row one: Line input
row two: Line output

Then the other wire I have is a + and - one which is marked and obviously I am putting the + one in the red hole on the sub and the - in the black hole on the sub.

Still no tunes from this amp and sub, but the amp running the speakers work fine.... I checked again and I am sure I have all the wires??
