Default CD Player "burnt out"

Does anyone know how to get my CD's out for my 6 cd player in that came with my 2003 Accord. I can deal with the fact the CD player broke, but there are some of my newer cds in there that I would like to get out (and upload to itunes).

Any advice would be great.

I dont know how to remove the CDs, but did the backlight of the cd player burn out? I was researching and was reading that Honda issued a fix for this problem. You can get more info if you search for service bulletin 04-027.

If you can't get it fixed, the only way to get the CDs out is to take the whole thing apart.
I've had to do it before. It isn't too hard.
Basically, take the changer out of your car, and then start removing all the screws you can find on the changer. Doesn't really matter if you can get it back together. Then you should be able to remove the cover, and take the trays with the CDs out.
Good luck.
