Default Trouble with door wiring

I have a 99 Civic and ran wiring to the doors through the stock rubber tubing. Using a Dremel I made a small notch on the door hole, and a small notch on the harness plug. Now the door does not have any power to it. I tired wiggling the plug and it fixed the problem but failed again.

I was wondering is there any suggestions I could try before buying a new door wiring kit.

Thanks
Rob

Check to make sure it is seated right and connected. Its a molex type plug so it may just be lose. Worst case is you cut into a wire and will have to repair the wire or replace the connection.

thanks arch!

I'll follow your idea and check the connections. I will also make the notch deeper so it does not block the connector.
