ive yet to see a JL amp hit what is says it hits. you want best amp on the market, go buy yourself an A/D/S its quite possibly the dirtiest amp you can find. why would you want to buy a dirty amp? simple... these amps are considered dirty because unlike almost every other amp on the market, what it says it pushes for power, it actually pushes for power. so if you buy something at 1000 watts, thats exactly what you get, not 850.

i wonder if this guy knows what he is talking about... sure a/d/s is a reputable brand but first off the guy wants bang for the buck... secondly there are alot of companies out there that push the power that they claim. most even underrate their amplifiers

very true that most companies under rate thier amps but in "mainstream" audio, most are over rated. or at least this seems to be the case with almost every amp i have seen in a car.
