the driver in the basslink is made just for the basslink... the reference, kappa and perfect lines have nothing to do with the basslink.

With the basslink, I wouldnt nessecarily count on people around the car hearing it too well... maybe a little. The basslink is designed to add low end punch to virtually any stereo. It is acceptable for any kind of music, but if you want bass that will rattle the whole car, its not for you.

The ease of install makes it very appealing to DIYers. No need to remove the factory deck or anything.

I really think its pretty impressive for its tiny size... but like I said... dont count on impressing people a block away.

They include a remote wired bass control.

I recently installed one in my 5th gen. If you do a search for 'basslink' you should find my thread. I have some pictures there too. I'm happy with the BassLink, it has a nice sound and will shake your seat if you crank it up.

Just a question, how would you compare the Basslink to? Like 1 10" or 1 12" or 2 10's or what? Just curious because I have 2 10's right now and the damn thing bumps but when I get my new car I dont what my whole car shaking you know? I just want nice clean bass but for it to be equal with the mids and highs. I just want a clean good sounding system where everything is equal and can be turned up loud with no distortion.

So is this something good to pick up? Ive never seen them before and I first heard about them on here, so is it like a Bazooka where it has its own amp built in or not?

hey whats the wattage on the amp you're runnin w/ the 2 10s?
it hits hard and is audible to ppl outside the car? ^^

i believe the basslink does have amp+sub in 1 small, compact setup
its supposed to be good quality bass , but not "big bang"

i myself have only heard 1 12, 2 12s, and 2 15s tho

the 1 12 my friend had hit pretty damn hard, and i noticed little difference when he put the second 12 in

my friend has 1 10 in his 200sx but he wouldnt turn it up all the way so i didnt get to see its full potential :P

The Basslink is a 10" sub with an integral 200W amp. Check out the Infinity website for info and specs. I bought mine online from the 'Zeb'.

how u think 2 basslinks would sound?
would ppl at .. umm..say a 4way stop light hear it as they stop n drive by?

would i need 2 rca convertors for the stock HU?

2 basslinks > 1 12 + 400-600watt amp?
