okay, i drive a 96 accord

i have an alarm which was hooked up working fine, but the body shop uninstalled it cuz they said somethign was interfereing.

i know its a viper (cuz one of my keychains says that), the other keychain says DEI, and teh actual alarm unit is all black and says DEI, i dont know which model

but basically, one end has a spot for a huge connector (like and ide cable for teh motherboard of a comptuer) and on the other side is a smaller connector which i connected (similar to a floppy disk drive power cable)

there is one thin wire coming out of the unit, its black/red, but i dont know if i'm suppose to connect that to anythign or not.
so basically i plugged in the two plugs and connected my battery, teh alarm was sounding so loud like my ears were goin to bleed, and i tried turning it off wit the remote, but it woudlnt turn off. so i just disconnected it again

so my question is, what is this black/red wire for?

Does anybody know if the 90 civic wagon wiring is the same as a 4D sedan.
I have all the parts for PW, PL, PM but not sure where to go with the wiring.

alright i have a major problem.. i installed my stereo.. then all of a sudden my gauge cluster lights dont work but my parking lights my tail lights.. everything works expect for my cluster and climate control.. it makes me sad.. please help.. what are the wires?.. i checked the fuse but its not broken.. i dont know what to do.. please help...

Does anyone know how to hook up led lights on side mirrors I have a 98 civic? I don't want to run them to the front of the car to the turn signals. Does anyone know about the wiring on this car?

im installing foglights on my 04 accord coupe and i have 3 wires that are supposed to go into the 20 pin connector. I have the connector, but I cant unlock it to insert the new wires.

Im sure theres something simple im not doing. Any pictures or explanations would be great...thanks!
