Default sub for integra

sup guys, I have an integra coupe and i've been wondering which sub would be best for my car? I don't want anything too loud, just as long as it sounds good on the inside. I'm thinking about getting a one 12 inch sub and amp. Been reading kicker reviews for the comp series and they seem pretty good. I listen to mostly rap. Any suggestions?

for sub and amp?

thatll be pretty hard IMO. but if you want a sub $200 sub, IDQ or W3 comes to my mind. they both need about $250-300watts, so a big amp isnt really needed.

MB quart RWC 304 + a ebay Thunder MTX 6152. I got the sub/box for around 180...amp for 120 shipped. The sub is INSANE...i compared it to the 12W3 and it just blew it away, it's super clean and crisp. The amp is is 325 RMS at 4 ohm but the sub can be wired to 2 ohm because it's DVC, so in reality you are getting a badass sub being pushed by 650 RMS for under 300 dollars, i'm really happy with this setup. I used to have the same amp with a RF Punch XLC 12" and it didn't even compare.
