that 500/1 is gonna underpower a 12w7..... sell ur 500 and get a 1000/1 (if u luv jl).... i recommend a dei 2400d........
nice amp. i almost bought one, but i found a dei 1100d for the same price as the jl 500/1......

When you have the keys in the ignition but the motor isn't on, and the electronic crap is on, you can set the shift light point, and thats what i was doing.... so once i actually start the motor, it'll drop down to idle.

Why not just get a 12" JL W6V2? Then you wont have to buy a 1000/1 wich is like $1200... I just took my 2 12"W3V2's back today for a 12" W6V2.. :fawk: .. Havent hooked it up yet, but I know its gonna HIT...LOUD.... And I hear the 12"W6V2 sounds cleaner than the 12"W7! There are only a few diferences between the two of them, the w7 has a beefier attach to the face, to handle more power.... And it has a little bit different venting neck. Thats just about it! The W7 is a beefy W6V2 that can handle more power... h:
