Default now for my system

hey guys, thanks a lot for helping me out witht he show system for my shop. I reccommended to those people, and whatever they do is up to them.

I heard that the Infinity kappa 3 way series: 6.5" and 6x9" cannot fit perfectly into 94 Accord EX, eventhough the dimensions are the same. any tips??, plus are they any good

compare the 6x9 Infinity kappa 639.5 to the pioneer 4-way?

plus are the Kappa perfect Subs any good too? $155 for a whole set?

what do you mean they dont fit perfectly? you mean the basket is too shallow? if so, cutting the basket would work, or making a baffle.

i havent heard the rear fills you got there....but do you really need a 4-way? and plus...its only rear fill.

i use to hear good things about the perfect subs when i was shopping for my w3s a few years back. needless to say, i bought the w3s.

uh, i dont' have those myself, but the folks at Crutchfield said that those do not fit well into the car. that's as far as i know of.

i was thinking of getting the

Inf. Kappa series for front and rear,
Either W3 or Kappa Perfect for the Sub
RF Power 750S to drive the subs,
Kenwood KAC849 for the speakers or is it two weak??? or should i get a RF Punch 500X, Xtant 604X or Xtan 4004???

what is a good amp that can give my car a good SQ and a lil bass beat to it?

The Infinitys DO NOT compare to Pioneers... pioneer is total crap compared to Infinity.

Crutchfield does know their stuff, but they are wrong from time to time... in a 94 Accord, there is no worry of the speaker depth for the rear speakers... there is nothing in the way, so the rear does not matter. For the front, you may need to do some cutting to the plastic basket in the door... like will said... but its nothing too difficult.

I also wouldnt compare JL subs to Infinity... the Kappa Perfect sub is one incredible sub... it just needs a TON of power to sound good and for it to be reliable. A Kappa Perfect will BLOW AWAY a JL W3.

You may also want to look into Polk Audio components... they are a little more defined sounding than a comparable Infinity...

For an amp... I highly recomend Alpine...

I'd say the f340 would be enough for the speakers... and if you can afford the m500 for the sub, i'd go with that...

you mean this one? Alpine MRD M500 Mono 900 Watts amp?

900W MAX Power
500W x 1 (2ohm 14.4V)

it's a mono amp, so is there anyway that I can hook it up to the Kappa Perfect? parallel them?

If i was planning to get the JL W3 instead of the Kappa perfect 12.1, can i still use this amp

and is $300 a good price for that Alpine?
