Default 98 accord. take apart cd player area

i unscrewed the two screws under the panel. the sides come out but the top (near the clock) doesnt want to come out that easily. wat is the best way to remove that w/o breaking it. which way does it slide to open?

use your hands or a flat screwdriver wrapped in tape to pop out the clock.

there is a screw behind it.

There is a screw behind the clock. There has been on every 6th Gen I've worked on. I never put it back in though

The PDF is for a 94-97 Accord, they just mislabeled it. The 6th Gen is 98-02
