cd player installation??

Default cd player installation??

ok i instaled my cd player and it doesnt save the stations
i have a honda civic it turns on and plays just doesnt save.

Your memory wire isn't hooked up correctly.

what kind of hu?
did you cut up the wiring harness or just plug and play?

my guess is you spliced the power wire from the hu into an accessory power wire in the car

that would be the first thing i would check anyway

You didn't answer the more important question. Did you buy an adapter harness for the installation or did you cut the factory plug off?

You need to go to Best Buy or Circuit Shitty and get a new factory plug, should be about $20. Wire that in. At the same time, get an adapter harness that will plug into the factory plug and give you the correct wire colors to do the install.
