Had a friend tell me that on some vehicles (not necessarily Honda) that they keyless brain or whatever it is called, is actually included on all vehicles but you just don't get the fob on some.

Anyone have an idea if this is the case on say, an 04 CR-V LX? I'm sure I could be way off base, just trying to find out before I try to get an aftermarket keyless entry put on.

but factory keyless entry sucks anyway its got like a 10 foot range go get a Viper it is a lot better.
