Default Stupid question? re I-POD

I apologize for not being a technical genius here.

I have an 06 Civic EX coupe. There is a jack below the stereo to plug in an I-pod.

Does anyone know if your require any special cable or adaptor to plug it in. (Its an Ipod 30g) or would that be included with the ipod?

All it is, is a 3.5mm head phone jack. You can pick up a $7 cable that will work, or the $20 Monster Cable that will greatly reduce noise.

You need a male-to-male head phone jack cable.

Yup, you'll get a lower level of noise, especially in quiet passages of music.

cool. it's just that easy.

I know some cars you need special hook-ups. Good for Honda, they kept it simple.
