Default amp problem

So i got my RF t500.2 and my RE XXX. I move it all to my friends car to hear how it sounded in there and then move it back to my car. It doesn't work. The amp doesn't even turn on. I check all the wiring and try again. still doesn't work. Disconnect the speaker wires from the sub and it still doesn't work. I check the ground and positive on both ends and they were fine. The remote wire is also fine. I hooked the amp up in my friends car and it worked. Right now i'm checking the inside of the sub box to check the wiring. The amp should still turn on though without output though right? any ideas?

theres a reason the fuse blew. check all of your wiring make sure anothing is being grounded out because if it is your car could burst into flames. did you run the power wire through the door???
