Default How to get the best sound???

Hey guys,

Hows everyone been...! Ive installed a JVC KDX1 headunit the one with the 3" screen that plays DVD, a 12" sub with a carpetted box with the rating of 1000Watts and a 2 x 150Watt Channel Response Amp... Could anyone please tell me how can i get the best clearest and deapest sound from my system or in other words how could i tune it for optimum sound.

Note that i've left my stock speakers in place as they are really good still in my civic.

Any suggestions guys? Thanks.

Try both and see what happens. There are no magic settings. Each car is different and would need to be tuned differently. One thing to try is to swap the pos and neg of the sub. Sometimes that can help but youll have to try both ways to determine which way it should be. Do that and try moving the crossover setting around and thats about all you can do.
