Default Stock teg cd player help

Hey I got a stock cd player from a 98 integra and tried plugging it in to my 95 integra and it seems to work except no sound comes out.I was wondering if there is a stock amp from the 98 integra I need or the darn cd player is just broken..any help would be great thanks alot...Chad

double check the harness...it should be plug and play.

does it by any chance say BOSE on it?? if so, you got jipped... its a CD player from a CL... it would NEED the BOSE amp to get any sound out of it.

No I'm sure it's a Integra cd player and yeah It should just be plug and play with the stock wire harness,I guess I just got screwed..oh well time to get an mp3 player

The cd player in the integra needs a security code to function correctly. I would assume this is why it is not making any sound.

Naw i got the security coed for it,everything turns on and works fine except for no sound..I guess it's the internal amp
