my headlights dim with my old system and the stock alt and i have 2 p1 12s and a 325.1 and a 2 farad cap

yes. dont take word of mouth with that type of thing. i've seen SPL systems that have been pushing to around 160 dB. And none of them have problems with their windows breaking. There has to be a serious flaw in the glass for it to break.
Of course i've upgraded all the wiring, including every ground i could find. The stock alt. gave out because 4500 watts of pure awesome was apparently too great for it. The HO alts break because i drive like a maniac

yupp anywhere from 155+ and the windows crack away
