How hard would it be to swap out the factory tweeters on the dash????

Easy. They're actaully in a pretty good spot for sound staging.

No pictures unfortunately, but....

1 small flatblade screwdriver
1 shop rag

Cover said screwdriver head with said rag, pry up grill assembly. Tweeter is attached to grill assembly.

The factory wire run is short, so you may want to secure the wires to something before cutting them (to prevent the wire from falling back into the small opening) if you intend to reuse them.

Factory location isn't bad for stage height, but reflection off the windshield creates its own problems. That said, I haven't bothered relocating my tweeters from that location.
