Just wondering if 92-95 civic DX models are already wired to have speakers all the way around (front and rear) even though they didn't come with a radio to begin with. If not, is it difficult to add speakers at all four corners of the car?

I cant answer your wiring question. But if there are already the cuts made for the speakers to go in...it shouldnt be a hard project. But it is not difficult at all to lay down some wiring.

As for the headunit...itll take some time and planning, but it is completely doable.

all the speaker and head unit wiring is all in place... remove the door panels and look under the rear deck, you'll see them there somewhere, possibly taped to another harness to keep them from flopping around. If its a hatchback, the wires are inside the rear seat side panels.
