Default jvc KDG210

so i have a JVC KDG210 headunit and i cant seem to get the clock time saved it will save until i turn it off and reset. someone told me to run a power wire to the accessory wire and i did. no change. and info would help

do the radio stations stay set? or is it just the clock you're having trouble with?

Just the question I was going to ask.

There are 2 power wire lines...one is a constant power that always stays on (I believe its yellow) and there is another power wire that turns off and on with the car (this one is red). Make sure you have both of those wired correctly.

yea, if the deck is losing the presets and everything, i would imagine the yellow and red wires are backwards. Also, check the ECU, clock and radio memory fuses.

yea its the stations too. and i have never been able to figure out how to set my clock. but when i figure it out i would like it to stay set. tomorow ill try to switch the wires. thanks everyone
