installing subs need help...please

FYI before ya go out and buy a new alt because you lights are flickering try up grading your grounds. (up grade the stock ground from the battery to the chasse to a 4g, ground from the engine to the chasse 4g, ground from the alt to the chasse 4g) If you look at the stock wire its probabley 8g wire. I have seen the ground from the battery to the chasse at 4g but all the others I just mention are typicaly 8g this is a cheep easy up grade. I'd rather spend 10-15 upgrading my wire before I spend 80+ on an alt, and found out that I still had to upgrade the wire.

Just because the package says "Stops headlight dimmming" on some pos from feebay, does not mean it really will, just like the previous post stated the cap itself can cause addition dimming.
