RMS means ROOT MEANS SQUARE. That is the number of wattage that you look at. Those speakers are 50 and 55 watts RMS. MAX WATTAGE MEANS NOTHING.
As for an amp, how much money are you willing to spend?

Do you need to amp all the speakers? If you get a 4 channel id look at 50-75 watts rms per channel. Then you can bridge the rear channels and run a sub. Or do you plan just to run the 4 interior speakers and no sub?

i seriously wounld not run the subs & speakers off the same amp. you could however use a four channel amp for all the speakers. then geta mono or 2 channel amp for your sub/subs.
