Default Power Acoustic or HiFonics

Im trying to stay in the $100-120 range and this is what ive come up with..

HiFonics TX4405 : ------- 55w x 4 RMS at .05% THD
Power Acoustiks LT720/4 : 85w x4 RMS at .02% THD

Im gonna be running 4 speakers that only do about 50-55watts RMS so I really dont need the immense power from really strong amps. Im really leaning towards the Power Acoustiks mainly because it has the extra headroom of watts that it can do at max beyond the 55w RMS that my speakers are designed for. I can saftly say that this is a great option for me cause I'll only run the amp at the speakers max level where it doesn't distort. This way with the wattage headroom, the amp can run cooler being great for longivity.

Whereas the HiFonics can only pull 55w RMS at max with no headroom just incase I do use it at max power.

If anyone has other sudjestions then please post. Like I said above, 100-120 price range for just the amp itself.

jl audio makes a great amp thats 300x4 (at rms, no peak), but its more like $200-$300

alpine's v-line has been fairly cheap lately, I think best buy is selling them now. somewhere in the $150 range for a 220w peak power amp (I got mine from circut city a year or two ago, and it can run 4 speakers fine).

I dunno about either two brands you named. my past experiences with cheap amps always led me to buying even better amps.
