Default passenger door rattles

It seems to be near the top of the door. My friend says if he puts a firm hand on the hand rest it stops. Would Dynamat Car Door Kit fix this? If not is it a good thing to get anyways if I'm going to be installing 2 subs in the future?

You have to isolate what exactly is making the noise. It could be the sheet metal flexing, it could be the panel hitting on something. Isolating the noise will tell you exactly how to deal with it.
