Default Amp help

Alright, I've got a 95 teg and i already have the pioneer DEH-6500 headunit and Pioneer 6.5" 3way speakers. I love them both. My friend gave me his 12" bazooka sub for free I'm not sure what the wattage on it is but what size amp do ya'll think i should get if i'm just planning on amping the sub? I'm gonna leave the speakers alone, they're pleanty loud enough as it is. I was thinking i probably should get something with about 350 peak, 150-200 RMS. Suggestions on power and brand would be helpful.... thanx

200 watts RMS sounds good. Dont even worry about looking at the peak numbers. As for brand, I would just go for someone main stream and cheap like, JBL, Alpine, Kenwood, ATX... Check for sales at Best Buys, Circuit City, Good Guys...

Depending where you live, Tweeter has many amps on clearance. You can score a floor model, high RMS amp for almost nothing.

good luck!
