Default help wiring blacklight- DC 12V

Hey guys,

I just bought my wife a few blacklight sticks to install under her dash in her car for our 8th month anniversary.

It says it operates on DC 12V power and plugs into your cigarette lighter. It has an on/off switch, and a power transformer box.

What I want to know is, how do I wire it up to the car? I mean, I dont want it taking up the cigarette lighter socket. I assume since there is a transformer box, I can just find a power and a ground and run the wires to the fuse panel or something? What size fuse should I use, etc etc?

Thanks guys!!!
