I'm putting some speakers in my car and according to Crutchfield the 693.5i won't fit but the 692.5i will. A local salesman at Goodguys said if the 2 ways fit the 3 ways will too but I'm pretty sure he's never installed any speakers in a Civic. Has anyone here installed the Kappa 3 ways in their same gen Civic?

 

they acutally have the same top mounting depth but the real problem is the bottom mount depth being a bit bigger on the 693's i would look at it and see if there is enough room to wiggle it in. there's only a difference in a few tenths of an inch.

 

comon dude you dont need 3 ways 6x9 it just does the same shits as 2 ways because your probably gonna put on some bass till u get some subs and guess what the tweeter and the midrange speaker are the ****ing same size

And the 2 ways 6x9 from infinity are just ****ing clean anyway
