Default Help me find an amp

I am looking for a good amp to push an IDQ12v2.2 sub, it can take 350 watts rms. I found a Phoenix Gold Octane series amp, check the specs below

OCTANE-R 9.0:5
----------------------------
• 5 channel power amplifier
• 12dB HP/LP variable crossovers
• Seperate front/rear/sub inputs
• Low Pass Level port (LPL)
• Dimensions: 19.75L x 10.875W x 2.25H

front/rear 125W x 4 (4 ohm stereo)

subwoofer
400W x 1(2 ohm bridged)

Being that this amp is a 5ch model, I was thinking I'd be able to run my whole system off of it alone, which would be a damn good idea for obvious reasons. I think it would be strong enough to push my Rainbow Dreamline 6.5" components up front and my Polk Audio EXII 6x9's in the back, and definitely strong enough to push the sub. The question is, is this a good amp? I know Phoenix Gold is one of the better car audio manufacturers out there but I have never heard of this series amp and wanted some input.

Any other suggestions would be nice also.

By the way, the amp goes for like $360
