Looking to power my Two Alpine E's subs. Not big on audio, just want a little extra bass... I currently have the Sony Xplod 1000w ( 250 rms ) amp, powering two 12'' Polk GNX subs...it's decently loud...but just wanted to switch over cause the Sony is starting to give me problems..

I'd go for an rockford fosgate, kenwood or Alpine amp those are the best quality amps IMO. That doesnt look like a bad amp though you could also go mono amp...

What would you recommend, best bang for buck...around the 200 to 400$ price range for a nice amp?

Rockford MADE good amps. They make shitty amps. Kenwood sucks. and Alpine is great! I have 3 alpine amps and I have never had a problem. Just get yourself either ppi,Kicker,Apine, the old rockford. shit like that
