ive heard the same. What ive heard is that the sony explode line of subs and amps and speakers arnt so good, but i heard there head units arnt bad. Any one know any thing about this?
i have a pair of sony 6x9 4 ways connected to a alpine amp that is like 25 watts per channel.. that alpine popped those sonys.. thank god they werent my speakers.. put alpine speakers in its place and its all good now.
Yeah sony pretty much sucks, my friend has a sony Explod and sometimes i ask him if he still has his sytem cause you can never hear it and when u turn it up its nowhere near as loud as my SWR-12!!
head units are good, i've been running a sony deck for 5 years now and it performs great, never any problems. i wouldnt go with their speakers or amps tho.
