solder with a solding iron, about $20-30 for a good one.

i dont get what you mean by drill the grills.

Yeah I like the satisfaction of putting in my stuff myself. Then I know how everything goes together. Anyways, I used a hole-saw to cut the hole for my flush mounted tweeters.

what is this plug alike thingy? when i install my new tweeters and wires, do i have to pull this thing out? and how to run wire from the xover to teh tweeters? it's so tight and spacelss...help please
