Default CD Changer

I'm looking for a CD Changer with MP3 capabiliy that works on the stock radio. The best deal so far is the JVC CH-X1500RF I have a 105% guarantee coupon for it, so it'll only cost me $145.

What do you guys think? Is this a good deal? If not, any recommendations? I'd prefer a deck that will fit the space of a '98 Accord, and if it has a built-in cd changer, but I hear those are like $600 which is way too expensive, so I"m looking for a cd changer.

Does anyone have any experience with this unit or cd changers in general? How's the sound quality? On SoundDomain, someone said it gets distorted at high volumes, but that person may have still been using stock speakers (I wish people would clairify in their reviews ). I have aftermarket speakers (see sig), so I'm assuming the CD Changer will run fine.
