If putting in front doors, use baffles for the woofer, flush mount the tweeter, surface mount looks:ghey: The baffles will help protect the woofer from the elements, dirt, water, air, even help block out some road noise too. What kind of components did you get anyways?

you need to make sure it fits , if not - you can ask for audio advice from your local audio store.
you might need spacers for depth and maybe to cut the plastic protectors at the rear.

Good choice. A baffle is basically a housing of sorts (the one's im buying off Will are foam) that will protect the speaker from the elements and help block some of the road noise when used in doors too. I would say put the tweets right in front of the door handles. The crossover should be installed in the door panel right by the woofer.

you can keep them on the dash, or drill a hole in your door panel.

you will probably have to cut the back of the baffle out because of the depth of the speaker. you will know once you start installing.
